Spectator | Real-Time Satellite Monitoring
Some time ago Twitter user OSINT_Research (https://twitter.com/OSINT_Research) shared a link to the website of Spectator (https://twitter.com/spectatorearth), that features a range of tools for satellite imagery. It has easy access to freely available imagery by Sentinel and Landsat, and they even provide API access in case you want to automatically monitor an area. And don’t think that it only features imagery in natural colour, because if you need an NVDI filter, or specific bands, that too is available.

Real-time satellite monitoring in this sense refers to the ability to swiftly gather, send, and analyse data from satellites. This gives you nearly instantaneous access to information about the Earth’s surface. This makes it possible to track trends and changes in real time, which makes it much easier to react and take action quickly. Although the phrase Real-Time Satellite Monitoring is frequently used, it can be difficult to achieve for a number of reasons, including the length of time it takes to process and transmit data.
